Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Bed bugs in rooms.

On June the 4th of 2018 I rented a room at Tex Ann Motel which in Palestine Texas, they assigned me room 108. On June 5th of 2018 Valerie Jones and Latonya Davis a friend of mine woke up with numerous bite mark and itching. We soon discovered that it was bed bugs, then immediately reported it to the manager, which said they were aware of having a previous bed bug problem. The manager then offered me $10 discount on our next room to accommodate our being bit by bed bugs then immediately started to remove all of the linings. We went ahead and rented another room I was assigned to #208, my research advised me to pull back the mattress before bringing anything or sitting or laying in the room so therefore as we entered #208 I immediately pulled back the mattress and checked and there were bed bugs. I proceeded to notify the manager and he only gave me my money back for room 208 and told me he didn't know what to tell me.
