I was given the runaround the person was not there she did not call me back it took 2 days to finally get a resolution

I contacted them regarding a bill that I would needed to have posted for my sister. When I spoke to them originally it was going to cost $500 for them to post a bond. When I gave them the $500 then they said that they needed a and ID sent to them which I did it was sent to them and that the bill as soon as the ID was sent was going to be posted that was it took 12 hours for me to realize that the bail in fact was not going to be posted in that they required the full $2,200. Now I know that posting bail only requires a down payment they took my money telling me that they were going to post a bail in which they did not post a bill. When I contacted them regarding the bail. I was given the runaround the person was not there she did not call me back it took 2 days to finally get a resolution I would just like to file a complaint that is all. I do not want any Financial outcome I would just wanted to make a report that this is not right that these people do this to people and they are still in business.
