Flies in the room.

Originally booked room with hot tub. when arrived the room was not accommodated Flies flying around in the room. made complaint several times and was told to call house keeping like this would fix the problem. I just really love this hotel but feel I've been treated poorly. I thought they would Accommodate my wife and I with a better room
