Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. What a big SCAM!!!!

This company is a waste of time & their so called credits are worthless!! If you plan on getting a degree don't waste your time with this company, Accredited colleges DO NOT accept these credits, you will pay their fees and have to pay for the SAME EXACT courses at an accredited college. It's a waste of time & money
