Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. While in dispute, the negative item may be removed temporarily from your report, however it will be added on again if determined to be valid.

The California Credit Services Act requires companies advertising credit repair services to register with the Attorney General and post a $100,000 bond. Even if registered, the Act prohibits the practice of collecting payment before providing services.
