BEWARE OF THE DOGGY DEN!!

BEWARE OF THE DOGGY DEN!!! I took my dog to this business to be groomed and the did a total chop job on her. I don't even know if this terrible job was done by a licensed groomer. There is a bald spot on the top of her head where the hair was RIPPED out. I was lied to and told the bald spot was due to dead follicles from having ponytails put in her hair but miraculously the hair is growing back. Half her chest is shaved. I was told when I picked her up that her armpits (not her chest) had been shaved due to mats but she had no mats I brush her daily. When I complained the owner was completely rude. Not only did she refuse to refund my money she asked me to leave the premises for having complained. Police were called by me and a complaint was filed with them as I felt threatened due to the fact she had some sort of bodyguard guy at the counter when I arrived. I had phoned in advance.
