Awful customer service. Tried to scam me out of money

I purchased a groupon for a chemical peel and basic facial at Facial Bar Strongsville with Lynnette Simmons. I was told to schedule an appointment online. I tried, but it would allow me schedule only the regular price appointment, not a groupon deal! So I emailed and called Lynnette multiple times asking to fix it. She finally responded and fixed it in several weeks (great customer service). I managed to schedule an appointment but the first opening was 10 days AFTER my groupon expired. I called customer service and was advised that as long as I scheduled it BEFORE expiration date, I should still get services for the same price. To my great surprise during my appointment I was told by Lynnette that I will owe her extra $50 because groupon has expired. And to my comment that it was HER fault that HER website was not working properly and she would not return my phone calls for weeks, she replied “if you won’t pay the difference you will not get service, so have a nice day”. It really seems to me that the website not working for 2 months (while the deal lasted) was not a coincidence. She was trying to rip me off money. And I do not mind paying the difference, but can not stand when people are trying to scam me. On top of everything, knowing I was getting a chemical peel, I called off work and lost A LOT of money. The worst customer service in North East Ohio!
