Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The manager be either let go or at the very least reprimanded as this is not the first time this has occurred.

As I was entering the store I overheard one of the managers in the sandwich shop yelling at an employee. She continued to belittle and degrade the employee throughout my entire visit. The owner was made aware but allowed it to continue.
