Animal abuse!

I took my pet to this dog groomer called happy hound 9612 Dale Street. Spring valley ca. She was suppose to trim back my dogs claws. When I came to pick him him he was sleeping she told me she sedated him well when I took him home he had cuts on his paws almost like she abused him deliberately. I called the dog groomers called happy hound she told me she was too busy for my dog and she didn't mean to cut Arther's paws he was difficult animal. I would like this place looked into in animal abuse and over crowding a small space. Get more training stop abusing animals for money. God sake.
