Be put out of business they ripping people off

First of all they brought me a 50 gallon water heater which was too big for the earthquake straps the guy came and installed it and didn't put the straps on told me to do it myself so I called the person in charge mr. Uriel he said he would send some one out to do it. instead he brought another water heater and swapped it out which didn't wok went a whole week without hot water. the guy who ran this business gave me the run around for 2 weeks he sell used water heaters for $400 that does not last long and the guys who he hire he pulls them off the streets they don't know what they are doing this business does not have a business license and the people who work for him are not qualified to install tanks
