Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The employees wear masks during this pandemic when they are not working in the actual studio.

Due to COVID-19 all businesses are required to wear masks- unless working out etc. This is a local yoga studio I attend, but noticed none of the employees were practicing social distancing, nor are they wearing masks at the desk. There is no plexi glass separating me (a customer) from them them (the employees). I understand we aren't required to wear masks during the actual yoga time, but even the manager is not wearing a mask outside the studio! I will not be coming back here! That the employees wear masks during this pandemic when they are not working in the actual studio. When talking too customers they should be required to wear a mask and require their customers too wear one as well until yoga begins.
