Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Excellent work!

I came to the A1 Bankruptcy Clinic to have my Chapter 7 paperwork completed. Once my bankruptcy was discharged within 3 months, I knew these people knew their business. I returned to have Roger and his staff complete my documents for my divorce. Once again, the paperwork was done correctly and promptly and my divorce went through in the estimated time frame Roger gave me. I recommend this company highly. They truly care about their clients!
