Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Would not honor warranty

I filed a complaint in March of 2014 on a Max Windsor floor product installed 6 months previously. It was chipping, splintering, unclean able due to rough surface and looked horrible. Max Windsor rep cam out and viewed it and seemed to agree with me as he made attempts to get manufacturer to refund the price of the product (over $6500). As the current owners of Max Windsor had changed after I had the floor installed, they did not assume responsibility for the event and did not honor the warranty. They are operating under the same product line name and selling the same products. Do not buy Max Windsor Floors. They did not provide a decent product and they did not honor the warranty. They are unethical and dishonest. This is a rebuttal to the previous complaint on this website that shows no response.
