I mistakenly quoted my intake situation. My COMPLETE intake wasn't done, and I only mention it in case of investigative measures for safety. Miss Hollins and other staff should receive State award for diligence as this facility is practical and adorable. I dislike shelter living, but it's a necessary itinerary in my life. I realize that I work part time right now, and I am pretty well educated. I suffer, at least basically, from the shock of previous incidents before arriving in Los Angeles while working and caring for my husband in Idaho. I do not think a lack of freedom to reach out and communicate with the public should be prohibited or unallowed. Also, germs go up and are incinerated or frozen in the upper ozone layers, so a few hours of breathing out of doors seems reasonable and common sense. I think we all agree about the negative consequences of prolonged parallel gatherings of germs with each meal and function. Youths need outlets also for peer support, so at least mediocre outings should be allowed in my opinion. Thank you for your assistance. This is a general not a pointed complaint. Emergency classes for staff in cases of public danger and shock would assist any shelter. A monitoring of each age bracket during at least intake and outflow would probably help further shelter care in any state
