Horrible customer service!!

Horrible customer service!!! I paid for a custom unit and custom color she sent me a unit with no color and did not respond back to me at all until I threatened to get my bank involved. After leaving a honest review (that she asked for) she then text my personal phone and says "girl f**k you" who does that !?!?!? First communication is a big factor here the fact that the last thing I heard from you was "yes we received your payment" is crazy! The first email that I know you seen about my order issue you should have instantly responded apologetically and fixed the issue and don't ask me for a honest review and when I give it to you you text me in such a rude manner!
