Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Health Department should definitely investigate the entire premises...

I am a long time customer (26 years)...I have recently noticed terrible sewer smells, water leaks from random walls, large pieces of old food under tables (pictures to prove it)....even have seen mice.....an employee even shared pictures with me of the basement toilet overflowing with raw sewage (and pictures of mold all over their keg room).....also heard employees talking about their paychecks bouncing.......needless to say, I will not be going anywhere near that place again. Health Department should definitely investigate the entire premises.....plus, for the employees sake (there are some really good people that work there) maybe someone should look into their finances......
