Seems as though there is a major attempt to conceal the horrendous incident that occurred that stemmed from their employees.
I called the operations department to inquire and identify personnel to assist with filing a complaint. I was informed to reach out to a rep named Doug and was transferred to his voicemail. Unsatisfied with leaving a voicemail, I called back to see if there was additional personnel available to assist immediately. I was told by the teams rep to speak reach out to Kevin. This time I decided to ask for the reps name that I was currently speaking to. Unbeknownst to me it was Kevin. Kevin then exclaimed that he already revived my complaint which was merely impossible because I had not relayed the info pertaining the complaint to him. The reason for the complaint was due to road rage incident that occurred with their employees. Their employees had driven their tractor trailer onto a street in which they were not permitted to be on. The driver was aggressive, while the other employees in the vehicle were antagonistic and vulturous. The employees threw garbage and other items during their moments of rage. As well as their employees engaged in physical assault and misconduct. One employee even assaulted me with a BB gun. All of this occurred on company time! Of course the employees fled the scene. Luckily other witnesses were able to record the incident & local police authorities have been notified due to the severity. Yet and still no one has reached out so that I could prove rly file a complaint. I strongly compelled to believe that something fishy is going on with this company!

We suggest that consumers insist on a written binding estimate in advance of the move. With a binding estimate, the actual moving costs may not exceed the estimate. Be certain that the estimate is very specific concerning the goods to be shipped. It is advisable to purchase additional valuation for lost or damaged goods since the statuatory liability is only .60 cents per pound. If you obtain a non-binding estimate and you are moving between states (interstate) and the final invoice exceeds the estimated amount, customers are required to pay only 10% over the original estimate when the goods are delivered, with a balance due in 30 days. You can file a complaint or verify licensing by writing to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration located at 1200 New Jersey Avenue SE, Washington, DC 20590, or calling (800) 832-5660 or visiting their website at www.safer.fmcsa.dot.gov.
We know of no other matter or practice relating to this company that may assist you in your consideration of this company.
