We urge careful review of this company's offer and contracts, obtain all verbal promises in writing, and do not rely on contract generalities. Complaints regarding similar offers allege that the company failed to improve their credit or that their credit deteriorated as a result of using their services. We believe that any company offering to improve or repair consumer credit is required to register, according to the Credit Services Act, with the California Attorney General's office and post the required $100,000 bond. As of June 24, 2004, we verified that this company is not registered or bonded.
