The UPS Store

Rude customer service.

On Wednesday Nov 29th approximately 6:00 pm-6:11pm I entered the UPS store located on Ralph avenue in Mill Basin. Upon entering the store there was one customer in front of me that was very upset. I heard the tail end of the conversation. She said something about printing. So when they called next I asked the young lady can she print a label for me. No sorry was her answer. No reason why. So I was like I called this store twice and no one picked up. I traveled all the way here and there's nothing you guys could do. Standing there no response. After about 5 min she took two other customers. I said could I speak to a manager she just point over to another young lady. So I said there nothing you guys could do. No response from the manager. She had a customer so waited for her to finish. Stood there for another 5 - 10 minutes. Finally I had enough because I a was obviously being ignored. I said excuse me to the manger. I said do you plan on helping me or responding to me. Is there nothing you could do. She was like I told you that you could go to the Library or something and see if they could print it. There is noting I could do. I said you never once told me that. You probably told the lady in front of me. I said your customer service really s*cks. She said if you don't like it that you can go elsewhere leave. I said I will be filing a complaint about the service and she started going off cursed at me so I cursed back then she said why don't I come over and make her be quiet.
