Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Hire me as a human resource assistant to over see ND make sure e treat out vets with the upmost respect and understanding.

I was not explained the rules and told I would not be served and that I had to leave the restaurant when I simply did not know the rules about pouring your own drink and stepping outside the restaurant. If I had known I would have simply waited until I stepped out side. I have classified government affiliation and wasn't asked if I was a disabled veteran. This disturbs me as I simply don't bar hop and didn't know or mean any harm. Now, they won't even let me order a hot dog to go, and I reminded them to ask if I was a disabled vet. They hung up on me repeatedly. It was a woman and young man behind the bar that treated me so poorly. Please remind and penalize this establishment, so they will do better making sure they are not dealing with people who fought for their country. Thank you!
