Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They do not stand behind their work

TMH Roofing repaired a flat roof for me. It came off. I called and they came out to fix it. It came off again. Then they said it wasn't their responsibility. Their employee had apparently performed the work off the books, so they claimed they had no culpability.
