I came to buy cigarettes and tobacco!

Today I had to wait for 40 minutes, I hold the two guys responsible for there being nobody to assist for 40 minutes. They told me they are on lunch for 30 minutes but I had to wait 40 minutes. The people are responsible for answering properly.
