Disgusted

Total Call is a Total joke and rip off. There has been multiple times to where I called to purchase a 12.99 plan. Multiple times after i get them my credit card information they don't even purchase the damn thing. So where is my credit card number going too. Than the phone reboot themselves. I have never wanted to throw my phone but with this phone and company I have. When you want to call someone your likelihood of being able to is about a 1/10 chance... TOTAL RIP OF and A JOKE of a "COMPANY".
