I finished in 1 hour. The final exam was open book. All online, no timers.

I got caught speeding on the 5 just outside of LA. When I got my ticket information in the mail, I opted to take traffic school to get the point off my record. I got a huge list of schools and picked Traffic Safety Education basically at random. They answered the phone when I called, which was encouraging. It was free to sign up, so I tried it out, figuring I could quit any time. The course turned out to be super easy. Just go into the chapter, go right to the quizzes, and take them over until you pass. Then you have to pass the final exam, which is all open book, so you can search for the answers to the questions right while you are taking the test. They sent my certificate to the court the same day that I passed the final. I spent less than an hour. Way better than sitting in a classroom all day.
