After several text messages and conversations and phone calls. The company always does whatever they feel like doing, On several occasions the drivers are on there private phone takinf g vare of personal business or playing games on their phones. The drivers that have drove me almost went off and hit trees/telephone poles or have gone over the center line and hit oncoming traffic with me in the van. For the past 2 months Transcare was made aware of the time change for me. Use to be picked up at 1:45 and now it's 1 pm.. My dialysis place knew of the change and has made them aware. 2 weeks ago I was done at 1 pm and then at 5 pm I got a text telling me that the driver was on their way. By that time I was already home. This company does not know how to treat their drivers nor to the people they have to transport.. Their NPI #1043770639. This NPI # needs to be taken away from them And the owner needs not to have any Businesses in the State of New Jersey.
