Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Won’t answer the phone I paid for them 250 last year they lied and called and said I had to pay again and won’t answer the ph

Won't answer the phone. I paid for them 250 last year they lied and called and said I had to pay again and won't answer the phone and gave a bad emaiI. Icannot get through to contact them. They said I have 18 months to use the vacation but won't answer the phone to make a reservation. This all happened yesterday and spoiled my whole day. I called them seven times and each phone number and they did not answer and referred me to an email that is nonexistent.
