Unprofessional staff!!

When I was there to visit with my aunt, and other retired people there, I was harassed by a gentleman who's tag said maintenance but acted as if he was security. Asking me to state my purpose, who I'm there to see. I later found out his name which is Kurt Winters. I've witnessed him following people out and asking them who are they, following them to there car to see what they were driving. Making inappropriate comments to people. Making them feel uncomfortable to go there and visit with relatives. He was very rude not just to me but to a lot of people there. I feel worried about the older people living there because of him and his actions. His job title is maintenance, But does not even do that. I would like to see his employment terminated due to recent behavior. This is not acceptable.
