Complaints processed allege deceptive sales practices. Companies report a Triton sales representative contacts them over the telephone soliciting toner. The companies advise the sales rep they are not interested or already have a toner supplier. Shortly thereafter, complainants allege they begin receiving unwanted supplies of toner, along with an invoice demanding payment and in some instances report having a difficult time getting the company to cancel the invoice and pick up the product.

The company generally responds to complaints by stating they will cancel the invoice and remove the companies from their contact list. Other responses are less forthcoming, stating that Triton has settled the matter directly with the consumer.

Same as others on here. Was called by the company. Agreed to buy half a box of ribbons. Received and paid for those. Sent another half box of ribbons a month later. Did not agree to that second box. Price went up $250 from original order. We did not order second box. Please send us a label to return to you at your cost. Called the company multiple times. No answer. Left a message. Waiting for a return phone call. Resolution Sought Return my phone call. Send us a shipping label so we can mail product back. Remove invoice from our account.

Please be advised that this complaint has been resolved way back in November. We have spoken to Shelly and everything has been clarified and addressed.

Company said we were getting free ink for kitchen printers. Received and then two weeks later received an invoice in the amount of $132.67 for 6 cartridges. Same product bought 24 cartridges on Amazon for only $21.99. It's a scam. Cannot reach anyone on the phone. I WILL NOT BE PAYING Triton Imaging Systems a dime. Resolution Sought Want them to pick up their product for free for I will not be paying their invoice.
