Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I keep getting notifications from this business saying that I signed up for their service and I DID NOT!!! They keep asking for money!! This is VERY ANNOYING!!! When I ask them to stop, they ask for my card number. Resolution Sought STOP SENDING ME NOTIFICATIONS

TruthFinder made a lot of claims as to the information they are able to collect on anyone. I was convinced, as I needed some background info on a person I had met and was considering a friendship. The original charge was $28.33 for one month of services to find history on anyone for that month. I decided it was worth that much to find any red flags on the individual. I decided to invest that amount of money for the info on one important person. So I payed the fee through my PayPal acct., and filled out the form with the person's name, etc. After waiting several minutes, while they claimed to be finding all kinds of information on said subject, the screen said I needed to pay another amount of $3.99 in order to access the report. So I used PayPal again to get the report. When the "report" finally came, it had absolutely no information, what so ever. Resolution Sought I want TruthFinder to reimburse the money I gave them for the nothing report.
