I came into store to purchase cigarettes and gas on 06/08/2020 around 12:45 am and there was a employee off shift and a employee working with a full line of people. Then an employee who walked in who must have worked shift before because he still had company shirt on. Well off duty employee who's name is Rob began to scream and complain as well as 3rd shift worker to employee who worked previous shift about job details that they assumed weren't done and caused a scene in front of me and many other consumers. I felt that want neither the time or place to have that discussion. The 3rd shift worker was more worried about complaining with off duty employee then taking care of customers. This is very unprofessional for the employees to have that kind of behavior in front of customers. Robert the off duty employee was using foul language toward employee. Boyd who had worked previous shift. This isn't the 1st time I seen Robert using this type of behavior towards employees. I feel Robert either needs to be told about his behavior in front of customers a possible suspension from work if behavior continues possible termination. That is very unprofessional and gives the company a bad reputation. Especially with derogatory words.
