Absolutely the worst customer service in my entire life!

Absolutely the worst customer service in my entire life! I was treated very very unprofessionally by a store clerk. After being publicly humiliated by that clerk on Christmas Eve and not having the opportunity to enjoy my family dinner because of this incompetent inconsiderately rude individual, Had to go to another place to get gas because the clerk could not even get the gas pump correct and then we pre-paid and then would not give us our money back when we could not get gas from this particular station. The manager was just as nasty and offensive as the store clerk. She also lied terribly and because of my recordkeeping was made aware that she was incorrect. I followed up with their customer service by email first, total of four times waited almost 3 weeks for a district manager to discuss the situation and the district manager agreed that I was owed my money back said that they were going to mail it to me because I refuse to go back into that nasty store, then did not send it continue to follow up on phone to their customer service line a number of times again was told that my $40 was mailed to me with no evidence that it was done continued to follow up due to the lack of response and as of today almost 3 complete months later I finally got my money back. Do not go to that store, there's so many better options, that you actually get treated properly unlike the experience I had. If you like mental abuse, this is the store for you the whole chain of command is truly incompetent! If I had the ability to give a negative star rating I would've gave it a -5. And I must say this was not the first time I had a bad experience with that particular Turkey Hill Minit market
