Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My favorite person to work with!

I worked with him down town San Diego for two years. He worked with us extensively from providing janitorial services, window cleaning, balcony cleaning, exterior power washing the buildings and garage power washing. I'm currently managing a property management and are using his services for gutter cleaning. He under bided the other quotes by $3,000. I wish I could work with him more. He's the most responsive person I know, very positive and upbeat attitude. Always goes the extra mile for his customers, constantly bending over backwards, and always handling everything ahead of schedule. I have recommended him to others, will continue to do so, as well as continuing to use him.
