Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. FRAUD, FAKE, SCAMMER

Omid Asvadi from Ume Construction is a swindler. He has mastered the art of deception and everything he says doesn't mean a SH*T. The license# that's printed on his business card, brochure and folder do not belong to him. You can go online at "cslb.ca. org" to look up and verify license#. He not only swindles his customers, but I found out that he also swindles the workers he hires. He is an ethically challenged person. If you value your precious time, energy and hard-earned money, then stay away from this guy. If you have already hired him, do not give him money in advance. Check every single story he tells you and you'll find out they're all lies. He is a total fake!!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT BECOME HIS NEXT VICTIM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
