To look into her care or lack of and to get my prescriptions done correctly and not a month late after repeated request.

Doctor did not catch liver failure with literally burgundy urine in the cup sent me home and I almost died when I ended up at the hospital a week later. Even after this Dr. Rachel Hollifield continues to provide poor care. I can't even get her to call in refills correctly. Her attitude and lack of care will no longer be tolerated. If it continues all information will be used in a lawsuit.
