Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I give Undisputed Legal "5 Stars" with regard to the service they recently provided me when I had to have papers filed upon my husband on two occasions. They not only acted professionally and expeditiously to get the job done -- but the kind, helpful, and caring demeanor of the staff during a very stressful and difficult time for me was both comforting and reassuring. I highly recommend them!
