I went into the Ups store located in Nottingham plaza just like any other day to mail off a ipad mini. From the moment I stepped in the rep. Later identified as Angela was extremely rude. Totally dismissing me and taking another customer who came after me. As I walked out I asked for her name to give customer feedback on my experience. She rudely stated she did not have to give out that info. I said ok and took a picture of the young man. He/she immediately got irate and charged at me as I was walking out the store, pushed me out of the door causing me to drop my package. Demanding I erase the picture and trying to snatch my phone out of my hands, causing a lacerations. He then proceeded to pick up my item and throw it on the ground 2x and then picked it up and retreated back into the store locking the door. I went to my vehicle to call 911 who came retrieved my item, took photos of my injuries and report. I did file a complaint with corporate as well which did not get far because the store owner believed whatever lies he was told. The employee has a charge pending and the owner has stated he will not reprimand the employee because he told him I was the aggressor. However my issue with that is even if i was rude does that constitute me being attacked for no reason at all and property being violated?
