The business needs to be investigated for its living quality, looks run down and dirty

One of my employees were having a rough time and having housing issues our company decided we would go and purchase a 3 week stay for our employee. I went in and explained the situation to the manager he quoted me 600 for those 3 weeks. I paid 430 upfront and as i was bringing my employee to drop her things off the manager just blew up and started yelling and screaming "No Room for you". I didn't understand why now after taking payment he would refuse her and her family the room?? I simply asked for a refund in which he refused to return my payment. I was forced to call Giddings police to come and force him to give me the money back since the room was no longer being offered. The owner was rude and said those kind of people were not welcomed here at his establishment. never in my life have i experienced something so horrific. I 100 would not recommend this establishment. as run down and dirty as it looks they are charging Hilton prices.
