Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Ordering Sunday School Materials

This company is ok and I love the materials ease of use with the Sunday School books, but the problem that I have and it happen with last year order and then again with this year's order regarding the 2022-2023 Large Print Sunday School materials. I always order my items early and for the new commentary edition I ordered back on July 4, 2022 and the order has been paid for $47.90 and since that time from different representatives I have been already told 3-4 different things when I reply on the status of my order. The last representative assured that the books would arrive to the customer on or before the 28th of August. I call today and a gentlemen now is telling me the first 2 weeks in September, that would be 10 weeks from the time I ordered. What is wrong? Why does this keep happening, is the ordering department falling short of knowing how to plan for these seasons and times when customers are placing orders. I am currently looking for another company that I can purchase these materials from. Not only is the order not arriving in a reasonable, but it seems the employees are telling the customers I feel anything to get them off of the phone. I am a bit disappointed because this is 1 time too many that this same issue has happen.
