BCA's Summary and Analysis:
Complainants allege unfullfilled contracts, damaged credit histories, damaged vehicles, and financial losses. Some complainants allege that the sub-leasor failed to make payments as agreed causing damage to their credit histories and financial hardships. Other customers complain sub-leasors breached contract terms, and the company failed to provide assistance in locating and repossessing vehicles. In one case, the sublessee failed to make the lease payment and the customer was forced to track down the lessee himself, handle the inspection and close out of the lease himself. He lost his 750.00 deposit, and the company failed to provide services. The company responds to a few complaints by forwarding proof of payments and insurance to the customer, stating they always communicate and follow-up with the customer on a timely basis, or explaining the money is owed by the user of the vehicle, not the company. Most complaints remain unanswered.

Subleasing or conditionally selling your vehicle has both practical and legal issues to consider. First, as registered owner, you may be held responsible, by law, for traffic violations, accidents, and mileage limits and wear to the vehicle as you agreed to in your lease. Also, if the sublessee fails to make the payments, your credit will be impaired. You will also be responsible for any other damages to the vehicle. Also, nearly all purchase and lease agreements prohibit any type of assignment to any third party. Any assignment will therefore put the party in breach of contract. If you are having trouble maintaining your car payments, it is best to work such matters out with the lender or lessor.
We know of no other matter or practice relating to this company that may assist you in your consideration of this company.
