Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. He is sweet and accommodating. I could not help hugging him because he is so caring.

We had a wonderful experience with the owner of this company, Jose Orozco and his very accommodating crew. I would rate this "experience and excellence" at 5 plus stars and 10 stars if I could. Jose was extremely professional, kind, and friendly. I would and already have recommended him to my family, neighbor and friends. Jose is the nicest man I ever met. He is sweet and accommodating. I could not help hugging him because he is so caring. He is a hard worker and a good Christian man!
