Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. We believe this company is a Discount Buying Service organization and is therefore subject to certain regulations in California. In general, companies subject to these laws must give written notice of a three day right to cancel; they must establish an escrow account out of which refunds must be paid; and they must post a bond. The law also provides for other types of disclosures which are relevant to the program. It does not appear that the company has complied with this law.
