Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Scam

Contacted mycleanpc. They diagnosed me with false or bogus 14000 viruses...charged me $19.99 for that...then US Tech Support charged me an additional $99.99 and an additional $19.99 for what I don't know. Everytime I contacted them they put me off or failed to actually fix my computer until the 10 days were up and then refused a refund. DO NOT Buy this is a SCAM!!!
