Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Not returning my calls (urgent)

I have been calling USI for the past 3 weeks now. The claims department to open a property claim and I cannot get anyone to return my call. Beyond frustrated at this point. Has anyone else had the same experience?
