Owner was rude, screamed at me, and was refusing to honor refund policy

On May 4, 2015 I purchased a Ubox unit from their retail store in Santa Ana. My receipt says Uway, LLC but the name on the store is Ubox. I was unable to get the unit to work so I called their tech support number and was told they were having problems streaming so I waited a day or so and tried the unit again but it still was not working. There is a 14-day money-back return policy on my receipt and I was told by tech support that I could return the unit to the store. I even called and spoke to a store employee, Carlos, who said I could come in and return the unit for a refund. When I got to the store and asked for my refund, Lily U., who said she was the owner, was very rude and started screaming, pointing her finger at me, and yelling that she was not going to refund my money. She said she did not have the money, or a copier, or a receipt. The other employee there and the guard told her to calm down and that she needed to refund my money. She finally did. When I was leaving, the guard was very nice and apologized for Lily's behavior, but she never did.
