I used VIP to rent my hse- wanted 1 yrs lease. They found a tenant but said she could only do six months. Later I found out the tenant had asked for a yr lease but they told her I would only go six months. whenever a lease is renewed VIP takes 50 of months rent from the owner! Also this home had been purchased 4 mos prior, passed the inspection with flying colors . All the sudden every month they're finding something wrong with the property and sending people out to fix it. property had a warranty and they kept having repairs done without running it through the warranty AND not telling the owner for 3 days after the repair been done VIA "email"! They put in a new garage door opener - that wasn't the problem! they also let the renter choose the opener and how many remotes she wanted!! I told them next if a fan breaks they'll probably let her go to lamps plus and pick out the one she wants! I'm taking them to small claims court.
