Complainants allege the invoices are deceptively designed to copy the Verizon invoicing format for the purpose of tricking them into paying. Based on samples of the invoices we have reviewed, it appears all invoices presented are personalized with the recipients name, but all are for the same amount, $259.74, showing a past due amount of $53.28. The company responded to one complaint by stating the billing was sent in error and they adjusted the account. Another complaint remains unanswered.
