I wish the state come here and demand they have a set price chart also change how payments are made

I've been coming to this shop for four years now and their prices have change each and every time I've came. I know that prices well change because of the pandemic but it outrageous, I normally pay 160.00 and now they charging me 200.00 for the same length. Also they do not have no price chart nor do they accept debit or credit cards only cash or cash app. I believe they are not U.S. citizen when I ask for name they tell me they are not allowed to do so. Also they are nasty to you when you ask questions about anything. They have children running around screaming and crying every time I'm here.
