Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. January this year I was informed by a number of members that I could not come back because of an incident over a Candy Bar

My Complaint might sound silly but here it goes. I have been a member of the VFW for 8 years. January this year I was informed by a number of members that I could not come back because of an incident over a Candy Bar...yes candy bar...said I was rude to the bartender which I was not and have witnesses that were there to confirm the story. Yes this is Ridiculously, so I'm thinking since I'm GAY they think they can ban me all of a sudden...DISCRIMATION IS MY THOUGHT.. really a candy bar...I have Never in 8 years Ever said or done anything to anybody. I wish somebody could see how petty they are. People have done way more awful things there than anyone is willing to tell. It's not far. I want them to know this is Not Right.
