I am a handicapped man who is a well groomed, proper homeless gentleman, that does not appear homeless. I ride the bus to go to my Dr's appointments, go see my mother and go to an agency to eat my meals. I carry my belongings in bags and the bus drivers and their security guards are very rude and disrespectful to the elderly, handicapped people and myself as passengers and sitting outside on the benches as we converse with others or take care of our personal business alone, as I was doing presently, as the guard comes and asks me "What bus are you waiting for?" and I tell him Which bus and I am going to catch bus after I finish with personal business I am doing now on my phone. Then the guard tells me, "Well you can't be loitering around here!" I've made complaints in the past on how drivers and the security guards have treated me in the past and I've been told by a couple of drivers themselves that they just discard the complaints in the trash. And also another time I had a monthly bus pass that got stuck inside the reader machine inside the bus and I called to let them know my monthly pass was stuck in the machine and was told that the driver should have given me a form stating of the pass in machine. Which he didn't. I was told they would track that bus when he drives in after his shift and get the pass from it and call me to pick up the replacement. They did call me back and stated that "There was no monthly pass inside the reader machine" and no offer of an apo
