I would request a formal apology, but we want nothing more to do with this company or their incompetent employs!!!

Services were not provided in the time they were promised. After repeated inquires, phone calls and e-mail we were never called back. A return phone call, common decency a little respect, should've been the least they did. My mother finally went to the mortuary and was given excuses and lies, contradicted by their own employees. My father passed on 12/24/2020, we ID him on January 5, 2021. His ashes were not returned to my mother until February 4, 2021, only after she insisted on the cremation be done that day and in her presence. This has been a very stressful, horrible, heartbreaking experience for our whole family, but especially my mother. My father arranged everything and paid for everything ahead of time so that my mother would not have to go through all this. It was to be a simple, respectful passing. All they had to do was make sure he was ID and cremated with dignity. This company showed no professionalism, no compassion or respect for my mother, or my father's last wishes. They have three crematoriums of which only one is working. They make promises they don't keep. They prey on people's emotions to get as much money as they can and since we did not go for the red carpet we were shoved to the side and ignored. Our family tried to adhere to my fathers wishes and keep everything simple and as stress free for our mother as possible and this company basically destroyed that. They should be accountable for promises made to their clients.
